The Assumption College HumanArts series is pleased to announce an evening of poetry and prose with John Hodgen and his daughter, the novelist Christie Hodgen.
Frédéric Rivoal is an organist and harpsichordist who regularly is invited to give recitals in Europe, the United States, and Japan. He plays with a number of Baroque music ensembles and symphonic orchestras, both as soloist and continuo player.
A true champion of the classical guitar, virtuoso Eliot Fisk is recognized internationally for his unparalleled musical artistry and technical wizardry. Mr. Fisk will play a diverse program of solo works by J. S. Bach and others in what promises to be a truly enthralling musical experience for all. Biography

A FEAST OF BAROQUE CONCERTOS
The Bach Consort of Worcester returns to open the 2016-2017 HumanArts series with a guest artist on the Baroque recorder, Héloïse Degrugillier. The Consort will also be continuing their series of concerti grossi, featuring Handel’s Concerto Grosso op. 6 no. 1, and Corelli’s Concerto Grosso op. 6 no. 7.
